| MTM medium speed millinternationally advanced national patent product. It is developed based on 8216 customerssuggestions and our expertsexperience. It is a new product. This mill adopts numbers of national patents such as trapezium working surface, flexible connection, roll linked pressure boost, etc and it is equipped with high efficient centrifugal blower so that the suspension grinding mill climbs to be the highest level in the world. Features: (compared with other grinding mills) 1. The ladder-shaped roller and grinding ring improve crushing efficiency greatly. The roller and grinding ring are designed in inverted trapezium with different diameter, which reduce the materials slip velocity between roller and grinding ring, extend grinding time, and enhance crushing effect. 2. The press spring with balancing pressurized function. The symmetrical roll assembly is connected by horizontally placed spring rod. When the large material touches the roller assembly, to keep balance, the radial force may pass to the roll assembly that is plane of symmetry through spring rod. However, the radial force resulted from traditional grinding mill totally passes to the main shaft only, which reduce the service life of main shaft and bearing. 3. The forming resilient joint brings smooth and steady performance. The powder concentrator is connected with main engine through several shaking-reducing springs, then it is sealed up by flexible belt, which reduce vibration and noise, and avoid resonance. 4. The powder concentrator impeller enhances powder precision and high-density product. Good practice dictates that under uniform spindle speed, to enhance the density of impeller is to enhance the fineness of finished product. In other words, when it is unnecessary to alter the fineness of finished product, the spindle speed of high-density impeller is lower than the low density one, thus reduce resistance to air flow and increase production. 5. The outfit of the high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal induced draft fan. The efficiency of prismatic blade equipped on the traditional machine is only 62%, but the efficiency of the energy saving induced draft fan whose impeller and blade are both stamping is 83%. 6. Impeller adjusting device brings more convenience. The clearance between housing and powder concentrators blade front end also effects fineness. This patent technology is convenient to adjust the clearance. |
