High Pressure Suspension Grinder

High Pressure Suspension Grinder mainly consists of host machine, fineness analyzer, air blast, cyclone powder collector, as well as bag-type dust collector, ventilation pipe. If required, it can be provided with accessories such as breaker, elevator, storage silo, magnetic vibration-actuated feeder and electrical control tank etc. In host machine, grinding roller module hangs on roller suspender through cross shaft. Roller suspender, main shaft, and shovel blade shelf are connected tightly.

Pressure spring on external face of grinding roller bearing chamber has grinding roller to closely pressure against the inner circle surface of outwear, by the cross shaft as support. When motor drives main shaft through gearing, the shovel blade on shovel blade shelf and grinding roller turn synchronously; while grinding roller turns within the inner circle of grinding ring, it rotates. The faster the impellers run the more fine the selected powders are.

Performance feature:

1. Under the same power condition, the output of the grinder is higher than that of others by an increment of 10% to 20%, and with the help of pressure spring, the rolling force on material introduced by grind roller increases by 800-1200kg.

2. It processes mineral materials Mohs’ scale of hardness less than 9.3 grade.

3. Size range of finished product is wide, with the maximum value 0.613 (30 mesh), and common 0.033 mm (30 mesh), the minimum 0.013mm (1000 mesh).

4. Aspirating result completely meets the national dust emission standard.

Detailed description:

The machine is applicable for grinding non-inflammable and non-explosive materials whose Mohs’ scale of hardness less than grade 9.3, and moisture 6%, such as barite, lime stone, ceramics and slag etc. The machine is used for grinding 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and non-explosive material in the trades of mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering and building material for high fine powder generation and processing. The product size is adjustable in the range of 80 to 425 (800 the finest) meshes
