Vibrating Screen Application

Vibrating Screen is widely used for grading and screening materials in the following fields: minerals, quarry, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, chemical industry, smelting and so on. Vibrating screens are efficient screening machines for the classification of bulk material such as coal, minerals, coke etc. There are 40 specifications for this series vibrating screen, of which the heavy duty type of vibrating screens are for the classification of large size materials, while the light duty type of vibrating screens are for the middle and small size materials.

Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen by the vibrator, sieves parts and vibration box, isolation mounting, transmission device to be componented generally. The vibrating screen has the rectangular screening surface, installs the sieves in the box. Sieves box and the screening surface under vibrator's function, has the circular,ellipse or straight path's vibration.

Because the screening surface vibration causes the screening surface the material level loose and leaves the screening surface to throw, causes the thin grade material discharges by the material level whereabouts and through the mesh, and inspires the card in mesh pellet, besides has the sieving actoion, and causes the material forward motion.

The screen plates can be divided into two types, mono-layer and multi-layer. All types of screen plates shall be in conformity with requirements of high efficiency separation, long life without blocking the hole bottom. The screen of this series is in pedestal assembly. The inclination of the screen face can be adjusted by changing the height of the spring base. The generator is installed on the left or right side of the screen frame. The materials shall be supplied on the right side along the movement direction unless otherwise specified.
